To enhance the autograph experience for all spectators, while allowing players to properly prepare for competition, the PGA TOUR has established the following guidelines:

While volunteering, please refrain from using your phone or camera.
Guests with a disabled license plate or permit can park in the designated disabled services parking spots located in Santa Monica Lots 1-8. At the golf course, a disabled guest shuttle will escort these guests to several accessible viewing areas. The shuttle carts will make continuous loops to assist these disabled guests. If you need the shuttle, please ask a Gallery Management Ambassador to assist in contacting the shuttle for you.
There are two first aid locations on the golf course. First aid headquarters are located on the golfer’s right-hand side of the 9th fairway and between 15 and 8 fairways. If you have an emergency please contact the first Gallery Management Ambassador, Competition Support member, or security guard you see for assistance.
Please do not presume play is cancelled if it rains or if it is windy; report to your assigned duty and check in with your committee chairman. Volunteers will be informed ahead of time on what their instruction will be depending on the severity of the approaching weather. Your chairperson will communicate committee specific evacuation plans should they be needed.
Lost and Found is located at the Longworth Main Entrance Gate. Any items not picked up by the end of the day will be taken to the Tournament Office. If you have questions regarding lost and found items please call 1-800-752-6736.
The Volunteer Headquarters tent is located directly west of the tournament entrance at Longworth Drive. Each volunteer is asked to check-in with their committee chairman. Please confirm the exact location(s) with your committee chairperson during your training time and prior to your first scheduled shift.

The tournament expects its volunteers to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner, treating all tournament constituents with consideration and respect. This guiding principle embodies our Volunteer Code of Conduct and we ask that you embrace it. To that end, we offer the following guidelines on how to conduct yourself, either on the grounds of the event or wherever you might be representing the tournament. Please note, this list is illustrative and not exhaustive of the behavior the tournament expects of its volunteers.

If you are aware of, or suspect, conduct that is unlawful or violates this Code of Conduct or tournament policies and procedures, please notify Dora Seggelke at [email protected]
A violation of this Code of Conduct may lead to immediate deactivation of your volunteer credential, expulsion from the tournament grounds and the prevention from volunteering at future events.
Volunteer credentials will be scanned upon entry to the tournament. Your volunteer credential allows you access to the tournament grounds Monday through Sunday, February 13-19, 2023. In addition, your volunteer badge acts as your volunteer parking pass on these days. On the days you are not serving as a volunteer, and the tournament is open to the public (Thursday – Sunday), you are welcome to use your credential to access the tournament grounds as a guest.
Volunteers are asked to wear the appropriate 2023 tournament-issued uniform inclusive of:

Open to all Citi cardmembers. Amazing views behind 17 green with indoor and outdoor seating. Food and beverages available for purchase.

The Genesis Invitational Volunteer Appreciation Party will be held in the Crystal Ballroom and the lobby of The Riviera Country Club clubhouse, Saturday, February 18 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Please bring your volunteer credential to gain access into the party. Time is subject to change, if play is delayed for any reason. We appreciate your understanding.
Complimentary grab and go hot breakfast sandwiches, courtesy of Genesis, will be available in the volunteer headquarters tent for early arrivals Monday – Sunday. For lunch, volunteers will be given one lunch voucher per shift, redeemable at concession stands. Please note, concession stands have menu variations. There are volunteer-only speed lines located at #11, #17, in addition, the driving range has a volunteer only concession tent that is accessible Wednesday – Sunday. Lunch vouchers are not redeemable at food trucks. Please collect your voucher(s) from your committee chairperson.

Volunteer parking is complimentary with your volunteer credential acting as your parking pass. Volunteer shuttles will run before gate times on a continuous loop until 1 hour after the last putt drops.
