TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This ticket is a revocable license allowing access to a PGA TOUR golf tournament, The Genesis Invitational (“Tournament”). Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of PGA TOUR, Inc. (“TOUR”) or the Tournament and will not be replaced. By entering onto the grounds of a PGA TOUR sanctioned tournament, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of golf and release the Tournament and competitions and TGR Live (“TGRL”), TGR Foundation (“TGRF”), Tiger Woods, TGR Ventures, Genesis Motor America, Innocean USA, Hyundai, Ticketmaster, PGA TOUR, Inc., The Riviera Country Club (“RCC”), The Golf Channel, CBS Broadcasting, participating players and their respective Officers, Directors, Employees, Agents, Sponsors, Members, and Affiliates from any and all liabilities resulting from any such cases. You grant permission to PGA TOUR, Inc., TGRF, TGRL, TGR Ventures, RCC, The Golf Channel, Genesis Motor America, Innocean USA, and CBS Broadcasting to utilize your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of any PGA TOUR event you attend. You acknowledge and agree that PGA TOUR owns all media rights associated with the PGA TOUR Tournament and agree not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any account, description, image, or reproduction of any PGA TOUR Tournament, including, without limitation, scoring-related data, without advance written permission of TOUR. You may capture video, audio and photographs at the Tournament on any day of the Tournament throughout the Tournament site (including, for clarity, competition areas on competition days), consistent with all posted rules and instructions of TOUR and/or Tournament staff. However, you may only use such content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., for your personal social media accounts), and you may not distribute such content on a live or near-live basis (no live streaming) or use such content to create a real-time, stoke-by-stroke or hole-by-hole account of a Tournament. For security purposes, you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Tournament, inspection may include, without limitation, metal detection. Any misconduct, illegal activity, intoxication, use of illegal substance, or violations of any rule or instruction of the tournament is prohibited and shall be grounds to be removed from the premises and prosecuted, if applicable. You agree that you shall not seek autographs of players in order to sell such autographs, and you shall not pay another person to obtain an autograph for you. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the TOUR and the Tournament, and a violation of these rules and regulations can be cause for forfeiture of your ticket and removal from the Tournament. Prohibited items and restrictions include professional recording devices, (except on Wednesday), explosive devices, firearms, signs, coolers, etc. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or taken from the Tournament grounds. Violators will have all items confiscated. Resale of this ticket is not permitted. Use of any parking sites provided for Tournament attendees is entirely at the risk of the vehicle driver and/or owner. Please take appropriate security precautions and lock your vehicle. All mobile devices must be on silent and must be used in accordance with the posted Mobile Device Policy. This badge/ticket cannot be used in a promotion or offered as a prize without permission from the TOUR and Tournament. TGRL, TGRF and the TOUR reserve the right to revoke this badge/ticket and cancel all privileges connected therein. It is unlawful to reproduce this badge/ticket.
