Tee Off For Youth Brings Energy and Inspiration to The Genesis Invitational
As part of the 2026 Genesis Invitational, Tee Off For Youth returned on Saturday, February 21, creating a memorable and interactive experience for young fans in attendance.
Tee Off For Youth is designed to remove barriers and make the game more accessible. By offering a free and interactive experience for young fans attending The Genesis Invitational, the tournament continues its commitment to introducing new audiences to golf in a welcoming way. The event also reflects the tournament’s longstanding support of TGR Foundation’s mission to empower students to pursue their passions through education and access to opportunity.
Designed to spark interest in the game among the next generation, the complimentary event welcomed kids attending the tournament for an afternoon of fun and hands-on excitement. Tisha Alyn and Josh Kelley headlined a dynamic exhibition that combined impressive shot-making with engaging challenges for the kids.
Rather than simply watching from the sidelines, young attendees were invited to participate and compete in a series of lighthearted contests, engaging directly with the featured guests. Jain Golf added to the excitement by awarding special items to select winners, creating unforgettable moments throughout the afternoon.
Before the exhibition began, students from USC and UCLA welcomed families and distributed snacks, water and hats, helping set a spirited and inclusive tone. Their involvement reflected the strong sense of community that surrounds tournament week.
As the afternoon concluded, one thing was clear: moments like Tee Off For Youth play an important role in inspiring future players and fans. Through access, energy and community involvement, The Genesis Invitational remains dedicated to celebrating the game while helping shape its future.
